Whew! Had a pretty intense week of work and training. It was fittingly capped off Saturday night with the annual Christams tree burning party. Hey, that's how we roll here in Maine!

New Road Team
Orthopaedic Associates, CycleMania, and Portland Velo Club all joined forces to create a team of Elite Maine Masters road racers. Some 31 other guys from around the state and I will be flying these common colors at the major races in new England this season. Corner Cycle guys beware!

Sure signs the 2008 season is over...
...and preparation for 2009 has begun:
Babs nabbed the last egg nog in the supermarket and only 1 Belgian beer remains in the fridge
Been hanging around the gym
Started cross-training
Ridden the rollers 3 times already
