Todd, I mapped a route for you on the gmaps Pedometer, HERE. Whatever you do don't try to ride down Concord toward Fresh Pond, that is about the worst rotary on the planet. The loop has some rolling stuff and a few lights, but once you get up toward Concord and Carlisle you'll be able to open it up and ride tempo non-stop for huge spans of time.
Let me know if you've got any questions. thomp2000 at gmail dot com
I ride and used to race inspired by the memory of my step-dad Alvin Drake who succumbed to cancer in 2005. He was a lover of bikes and a staunch supporter of my racing.
I am a dad, husband, former bike racer, and Zamboni driver. I live and work at Kents Hill School with my wife and 2 boys. I ride Kona road, mountain, and cyclocross bikes. Life is good.

Lance is looking a little jacked these days.
Funny, there's a whole debate going on over on another blog as to whether doing push-ups bulks you up too much to ride a bike.
Seems to work for Lance.
P.S.-
I got you ride maps in the works.
